Download the most recent version of TWLoader (1.6.0b at the time of this article)Download the initial version of nds-bootstrap loader from the release threadInstall TWLoader as you would normally, like this :Extract the contents in the “sdroot” folder to the 3DS’ SD Card root.(Optional, but recommended) Put .nds ROMs in “sdmc:/nds/”.(Required. An error screen will appear if this isn’t installed.) Install “TWLoader – TWLNAND side.cia” that’s in “sdmc:/_nds/twloader/cia/” to SysNAND (also to EmuNAND, if you have EmuNAND).Install “TWLoader.cia” to whichever NAND you use (SysNAND or EmuNAND).Now extract the nds-bootstrap zip file.Copy the extracted bootstrap-dldi.nds over to “sdmc:/_nds/” and overwrite when prompeted. There you go, if you did all of this correctly, you should be able to load commercial DS games from your SD card!
