Electronic Arts étend son offre à tenez vous bien.... 2 000 000 000$ pour racheter Take-Two ! Faut dire que depuis quelques années Take-Two est en forme et multiplie les jeux à succés !
"Once they get the Federal Trade Commission approval, I believe [EA] will evaluate the marketplace and potentially raise the bid slightly," said Sterne Agee analyst Arvind Bhatia.
EA agreed at the beginning of June to wait up to 45 days to complete a purchase of Take-Two in order to give the FTC more time to complete its review of the proposed transaction.
Take-Two is currently at odds with the FTC over the scope of its investigation into the bid. The company has complained that the probe is "unnecessarily broad" and costly.
