PKG Ripper is a new tool offered by Enrique Somolinos which allows you to delete the content of your own PS4 game saves (Pkg files). An important thing is that PKG Ripper uses patches. The updates contain the files that are not needed in the Pkg file and can be reduced to zero bytes without problems. 

 

As an example, F1 2020 loses no less than 20 GB thanks to PKG Ripper, the program detects the patch file which can be applied directly and gives you the opportunity to select the patch you want to apply. Be aware that a patch file may contain multiple patches due to the updates that this game may have. For example: a game with a base version 01.00 and updates 01.01, 01.02 can have 3 different patches, and so all this little world accumulates for no reason from one patch to another.

 

- One for pkg 01.00 to remove duplicate content from version 01.01.

- One for pkg 01.00 to remove duplicate content from version 01.02.

- One for update pkg 01.01 to remove duplicate content from version 01.02

- One for update pkg 01.02 to remove content from version 01.02.

Software requirements: 

 

- A PC under Windows

- .Net Framework

- Fake PKG Tools: can be downloaded from https://apkedi.com/ https://github.com/C...-PKG-Tools-3.87 . The Gengp4 and orbis-pub-cmd files must be in the same PkgRipper folder.

- Your custom patches to apply: if you don't want to make these patches, you can download them from https://github.com/e...gripper-patches and put them in the patches folder.
