Please can some one upload voltages on U1D1 and help with a trace repair

I have no voltage on pin 1

Also there has been some trace rebuild but need some advice

as you can see from attached pic that someone had same problem but did not say where they jumped pin 1 to

My board has some more extensive damage

Please can some one tell me how I can jump pin 1 and the track on the right hand side of the track 1
