Delete the game from your hard drive and then transfer back on. Sometimes I have to do that for games giving me unreadable disc error, or when my 360 tells me a game is a multimedia disc.
So it stopped working after you updated firmware? Did you try going back to the previous firmware? Maybe the data was corrupted somehow, redownload the update, transfer it over, flash the firmware.

Start your own topic don't hijack his, make sure cables are secure too and you're using latetest wasabi firmware.
Make sure the wiring is very secure..... It needs to be formatted NTFS/4k clusters, and yes, try turning HDD and leave it on 30 seconds b4 u activate the console.
