This is a minor Autogg Update adding only New Xebuild, DL,16203 Dash. It should work like olders.
Auto-Avatars Lan in some consoles is not working as well. But Usb classic method is working as always.
Perhaps i will remove this feature in next rls.

- New Dashlaunch included (in 14717 Dash)
* With [signnotice = False] (works better)
- New XellReloaded included
- New Dash 14717
- Added Russian translation (by Dennn )
- Added Italian translation by Federause (Team O.N. 3.0)
- Xell , Dashlaunch Bug **FIXED**
In Progress:
- French Translation
- Devkit images.
Once process is finished to update avatars download the update official version of the dash that you have installed, if dash installed is 14717 download UPDATE 14717 and copy Systemupdate folder to a pendrive renamed to $$ystemupdate and connect it to console to update.
