Hello,
I have 3 controllers, and one of them has this hissing static noise coming through the left headphone via cable, and I don't know what to do. I tried to clean the audio jack port with a Q-Tip and isopropyl alcohol but didn't work.
Can someone please kindly help me fix this issue?

What troubleshooting steps have you already tried besides cleaning the audio jack port, and have you tested the headphones with a different device to see if the issue persists?
