Salut a tous 

je viens d'installer l'emulateur mame et toute mes roms fonctionne a par celle de street fighter II the new challengers 

j'ai changer de rom plusieur fois mais rien a faire j'ai un message du genre que la rom ne marche pas ou qu'il me manques un CHD

 

malheureusement je trouve pas de solution .....

Ouais le qsound est a part maintenant il faut donc le dernier zip Qsound.zip (il le faut pour la plupart des jeux cps2 et quelques cps1.5 (punisher par exemple)

I ran into the same issue with MAME a while back, it turned out I was missing a specific version of the QSound BIOS required by Street Fighter II.

 

Make sure your ROM and BIOS files match the emulator version exactly. Took me longer to fix than planning London baby celebration catering for my niece, both needed the right setup to work properly!

Hey!

For Street Fighter II: The New Challengers, the message about the CHD means the game needs an extra file called a CHD (Compressed Hunks of Data), which contains the CD data for the game. Even if your main ROM is fine, the game won’t run without this CHD.

You need to download the CHD that matches your ROM version and put it in the correct MAME folder. Also, make sure the ROM and CHD match exactly (same version and region). Once that’s done, the game should work properly.

If you want, I can explain exactly where to put the CHD in MAME so it works.
