I’ve been curious about how people are using third-party app stores these days. With all the recent updates from Apple and Google tightening security and app verification, I wonder if these alternative stores are still worth it.
Are any of you still using third-party app stores on iOS or Android? If so, which ones do you trust, and how’s the stability and safety lately? Have you noticed more issues with revoked apps, fake versions, or malware warnings?
Personally, I used to use them mainly for modded apps and older versions that weren’t on Play Store anymore, but I haven’t kept up with the current scene.
Would love to hear what’s working (or not) for you guys in 2025.
