PS4 FW 6.72 Exploit Tutorial

Exploit is kind of stable but in specific order (so far I got like 80% success with this method) (Edit: noticed that chances for success are bigger if its performed after cold boot, after a crash might not work, clearing browser cache also helps)

On your PS4 navigate to : https://sleirsgoevy.github.io/ps4jb/

Click on the link/icon that says JB and wait for "You're all set!", followed by "There is not enough free system memory". DO NOT PRESS OK, PRESS "CLOSE (INTERNET BROWSER)!!! If you press OK chances to crash are huge. (If "You"re all set!" don"t show up in 10-20 seconds, click again on the JB link/icon and wait again)

Run the Browser again

Click on the link/icon that says MIRA and wait for "You're all set!", followed by "There is not enough free system memory". This means that everything has gone well.

N.B. Make sure no USB devices are plugged in to the console while performing!!!

EDIT: FOR PEOPLE ON 5.05 : I CANT GUARANTEE THAT ALREADY INSTALLED GAMES WOULD REMAIN OR CONTINUE TO WORK AFTER UPDATING (Haven't test it myself, some of the members have success with that they can explain the process)

EDIT: For people that don't know how to update their systems to FW 6.72 follow those steps (NON SAFE MODE UPDATE) or navigate to http://wololo.net/20...-firmware-5-05/

1.Use the following link to download the official PS4 6.72 FW https://sce.party/firmwares

2.Format your USB stick (at least 512MB) to FAT32 file system (PS4UPDATE.PUP is 442MB)

3.Create the following folders on the USB stick to look like that X:\PS4\UPDATE and paste the PS4UPDATE.PUP in the Update folder

4.Plug in the USB drive to your PS4 and navigate to Settings->System Software Update

5.Make sure it says that the version that's going to be installed is 6.72!!!

IF ITS NOT SHOWING 6.72 CANCEL IT ... DO NOT UPDATE!!!

6.Click to continue and wait for it to finish the update.

Bon j'ai un peu galéré à trouver une bonne méthode pour faire fonctionner les DLC. Je la partage donc pour ceux qui comme moi galère, n'hésitez pas à en partager d'autres si vous en avez de plus efficace...

Prérequis : pkg_dec.exe & pkg2zip.exe make_key.exe dans le dossier tools de PSVitaStuff
paramétrer NPS Browser avec pkg2zip.exe
Récupérer les fichiers de listing TSV depuis le site de nopaystation
Télécharger jeu et patch (mise à jour) depuis PSVitaStuff (il faut l'option get patch with title activé)
copié dossier jeu dans dossier ux0:\app
exemple : ux0:\app\PCSB00404
copié dossier patch dans dossier ux0:\patch
exemple : ux0:\patch\PCSB00404
Télécharger DLC depuis NPS Browser
copié DLC dans ux0:\addcont
exemple ux0:\addcont\PCSB00404
Eteindre & relancer la console (pour rafraichir)
lancé vitashell et faire triangle à la racine (refresh live area)
il devrait vous détecter autant d'items que de fichiers work.bin (fichiers présents dans les dossiers *\sce_sys\package)

Lancer le jeu & enjoy

Fonctionne pour World of FF il bypass correctement la demande d'update.
Attention ce jeu ne fonctionne pas lorsque Rincheat est chargé...

Finalement la méthode ps3 est la plus efficace. Demo de APE Quest (PSN>Demo>Plateforme>PSP) et installation sur ps3 puis transfert sur vita en USB (Connecté la ps3 au PSN avec le meme compte que la vita et PSvita en mode avion lors de la procédure de transfert). La PSvita est activé & le jeu est transféré - l'installation d'adrenaline est intuitive. Il faut correctement placé le firmware psp dans le repertoire ux0\pspemu\Adrenaline en le renommant 660.PBP puis utiliser l'Easy Installer. Créer enfin un repertoire ISO dans le dossier pspemu et y placer le cso / iso du backup.

Bref simple et efficace. Merci au dev et pour cet Easy Installer qui porte bien son nom.

On regrette de pas être dispenser d'utiliser la taille du EBOOT.PBP de la demo qui fait tout de même 224MO

Surtout enregistrez vos clefs sur le site !!!!
C'est important il comptabilise le nombre de personne nécessitant les updates !

Exemple s'il ne comptabilise que 0.5% de personnes voulant faire l'update. ils ne feront plus l'effort d'en faire c'est logique ! donc enregistrez vos clefs !

Voici un de leurs post présent sur psx scene :

So if you have not received your serial number, contact the seller.

espece de nain toi et ton actu a deux balles ce site de clone existe depuis au moins trois semaines et il est fait par des chinois sans scrupules.

C un site pour clone pompé sur l'original quand au ps jailbreak tant que vous le verrez proposé sur les sites officiels de ventes vous ne pourrez insinuer qu'il est enterré...
