La Team Gateway est toujours active, et elle le prouve, alors que la Team Sky3DS semble avoir de bonnes vacances quand à elle depuis le mois de Mai. Depuis la Gateway 4.0B sortie il y a deux mois, le firmware a largement évolué.
Avec les retours des bêta-testeurs, la Team Gateway dit avoir largement amélioré la stabilité de l'ensemble, la fiabilité, notamment avec l'arrivée d'une nouvelle fonctionnalité nommée Gateway FastBoot.
Sans plus tarder, voici un petit changelog:

La nouvelle fonctionnalité Menu Lockout nécessite quelques explications complémentaires : Vous avez tous l'habitude d'être en mesure d'entrer dans le menu GATEWAY en maintenant enfoncée la touche [L] pendant le démarrage (ou le démarrage automatique sans GATEWAY 3DS insérée).
A partir de maintenant, tout système installé avec GATEWAY FASTBOOT (anciennement connu sous le nom 'A9LH'), il faudra maintenant L + select afin d'accéder au menu GATEWAY. Ceci afin d'éviter pour les plus jeunes utilisateurs de déclencher accidentellement des actions involontaires.
Les gens qui ne souhaitent pas utiliser GATEWAY FASTBOOT peuvent encore entrer dans le menu en appuyant sur [L], bien sûr.
Enfin la team explique qu'il y avait une erreur dans le pack US de TimeMachine, c'est désormais corrigé.

This is to prevent the younger users of our system from accidentically triggering unintended actions from the GATEWAY menu. (Think of format emunand and such)People who *dont* use GATEWAY FASTBOOT can still enter the menu by holding down [L], of course.There was a minor error in the TIME MACHINE pack for the USA region which has been corrected, so please re-grab this pack if it affects your console’s region and you are planning on installing GATEWAY FASTBOOT.
