Le développeur Shinyquagsire vient de libérer un nouvel exploit nommé supermysterychunkhax. Sous ce nom plutôt long se cache un tout nouvel exploit publié par la Team SALT compatible avec le jeu Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon. Il vous faudra donc posséder ce jeu pour pouvoir prétendre à installer l'exploit.
Parlons en de cet exploit, il va vous permettre d'exécuter les divers services du hax sur votre 3Ds, notamment pour lancer les homebrews et d'autres trucs que vous découvrirez.
Avant de vous lancer, sachez que BrowserHax ou NinjaHax sont nécessaires, et qu'il faut faire une sauvegarde avec la cartouche du jeu, mais il fonctionne sur firmware supérieur ou égal au 9.9 pour les US et JPN et supérieure ou égale au 10.2 pour les systèmes EUR.
Fait intéressant, il y a donc une exigence de firmware minimum ici, en raison des versions des jeux, de leur zone et de leur mise à jour. Il y a de grandes chances que ce type d'exploit soit rapidement patché par une mise à jour du jeu, puis par une mise à jour du firmware de la console empéchant son lancement.
Les utilisateurs ont reçu ce nouvel exploit avec un certain septicisme, certains remettent en question l'utilité de l'exploit, surtout qu'il nécessite un point d'entrée avec BrowserHax ou NinjaHax, mais cela va probablement aider d'autres développeurs, comme Smealum et Yellows8 dans leurs recherches.
From the developer’s readme:-To launch *hax, first make sure you download and extract the latest homebrew starter kit to the SD card.-To install the exploit to a Super Mystery Dungeon cartridge or digital download use the installer found here, extract it to your SD card and run it using the Homebrew Launcher. In the installer you will be prompted to select the appropriate version for the system and then the selected exploit version will be downloaded and installed.-Note that installing supermysterychunkhax will wipe any existing savegame data, and the original game will not be able to be used while supermysterychunkhax is installed. As such it is suggested that a savegame backup be made before installing. For uninstallation, see below.Updating and removal-supermysterychunkhax includes a payload which allows the *hax payload to be updated in the event that a system update is released, without requiring the installer to be run again. To access this functionality, hold SELECT while the game is loading and you will be taken to a menu. In this menu, select Update *hax payload and select the version of the *hax payload you wish to install, and then press A to have it downloaded and installed to the savegame.-In the event that you wish to return the cartridge to its original cleared save state, you can also select Clear savegame and your save will be wiped.
