Quasiment 4 mois après la v1.7.7, voilà que débarque enfin la tant attendue version 1.7.8 de RetroArch. 
 
Grâce à cette version, les vignettes peuvent enfin être téléchargées individuellement, de plus, lors de l'enregistrement des options du kernel, seuls les paramètres spécifiques au noyau sont sauvegardés au lieu de tous, ce qui a toujours gonflé les fichiers de configuration de façon considérable. Dans les versions Wii et Wii-U, l'adaptateur USB Retrode devrait également fonctionner maintenant. Le menu a aussi été modifié vous trouverez tous les détails à ce sujet dans le changelog.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Commençons par les changements dans la version 3DS. Dans cette version, l'axe Y du C-Stick a été corrigé et toutes les icônes et bannières ont été mises à jour.
 
Dans la version Switch, le pilote audio Audren est maintenant disponible et le retrait et le branchement du Joy-Cons est maintenant toujours possible. Le fonctionnement du Lightgun avec l'écran tactile a également été corrigé.
 
Dans la version Wii, les erreurs graphiques dans le menu et les pilotes HID ont été corrigées ainsi que le surbalayage. Le menu peut également être affiché en grand écran.
 
Dans la version Wii-U, quelques bugs graphiques dans le menu RGUI ont été corrigés.
 
Il y a également les versions 1.7.8 pour les PS2, PS3, PSP, PS Vita qui sont proposées, ainsi que les version PC, MacOS, Android, et iOS.
 
Comme nous vous en avons déjà parlé, la grosse nouveauté de cette version est le service intelligent de traduction en live expliqué dans cette vidéo.

On peut dire merci à l'IA pour les progrès effectués avec la synthèse vocale et la reconnaissance de caractères... Bientôt elle nous convertira en assembleur des jeux pour X plateforme, sur une autre, sans passer par l'émulation, à ce rythme.

manque plus que la trad soit en francais et on est bon :) par contre retroarch tres penible avec un x arcade... tu dois tout reconfigurer de A a Z

Toujours pas les pilote graphique utilisé sur vita?
Pas d'émulation N64 ect , est bien dommage la console en est largement capable.
