I now own a PlayStation 4. The PlayStation frequently enters safe mode, requiring me to insert a flash drive containing the most recent update file. That was functioning perfectly. Then I put it in rest mode for about 30 minutes, and now it won't switch on. I reset everything, and it takes me to the setup page, the "welcome to PlayStation" screen, where you have to set your time zone and everything else like it's a new PlayStation, and it keeps looping and freezing after I select my time zone . Do you have any suggestions?

I think you have a problem with the hard disk
it may need to be changed
