Portal Installation:

Extract/Place the folder "X5" in the COMMON directory.
(Ex. Memory Stick : PSP : COMMON : X5)

Accessing Portal:

Open up the 'Internet Browser', and type the following:
file:/psp/common/x5/index.html
-----------------------------
Desktop Picture Installation:
-----------------------------
Extract/Place the picture "X5" in the PHOTO directory.
(Ex. Memory Stick : PSP : PHOTO : X5)

Accessing Desktop Picture:
--------------------------
Select "Photo" then "X5" from the XMB (Cross Media Bar).
