Lua Player Plugin for iR Shell by Kajo5

Loads LUAPLAYER.PBP and runs the script selected in iR Shell.
The plugin uses Lua 0.16 with NetLib which I think is the most compatible.
You can use any other version by changing EBOOT.PBP to LUAPLAYER.PBP.
system.lua is also modified so don't change it when changing Lua versions.
Credit goes to Mondy for some code and system.lua modification.
