Breakdown*

Let me break this down for you, the original fonts are stored in flash0 which is read only, the registries are stored in flash1. In the registry it points towards flash0 for the font location. Since Flash1 is read and write we can edit the text so instead of looking for the fonts in flash0 it looks for the fonts where ever we tell it to. If we really wanted to we could tell to look for fonts in the PSP/Photo folder. Almost every one just uses the fontmod folder in the root of the memory stick. In the fontmod folder there are 18 files, they all do different things. We just want to focus on ltn0.pgf(last digit is a zero), that is the font file.

Change font on PSP*

To change a font we just have to change the ltn0.pgf file to a ltn0.pgf file of our choosing. This is very easy. Place the "PSP FONTS" folder in this pack into the ROOT of your memory stick. Open up File Assistant, in the left tab have the "PSP FONTS" folder, and in the right have the fontmod folder. Select a font in the "PSP FONTS" folder and copy it. Go to the fontmod folder and press paste. When you reboot there should be your new font.
