Usage:
pme2nds game.nds.gba
It will create gameC.nds (C for converted).
In windows, just dropping game.nds.gba onto pme2nds.exe should work (haven't tried)
NOTE: If it produces a file of size 0 bytes, or not at all, then it isn't possible to automatically convert the file. Sorry.
