ABOUT:
Spinal Media Player is based on work by Eponasoft and nicoco73, without those
guys, I would never have got this stupid notion in my head...  Thankyou.

FEATURES:

REQUIREMENTS:
To convert movie files for viewing with 'Spinal Media Player', you will need
ffmpeg, which you can get from - http://arrozcru.no-i.../ffmpeg_builds/
For easyest use, extract to the same folder as convert.exe (and convert.ini).
Currently the converter does not create the framedump folder, so don't delete
it.

Spinal Media Player should work on any homebrew compatable DS, remember to
dldi patch.


CONVERTER:
The converter relys on the convert.ini file
for collection the required data.  This data includes the following -

  filename - Name (and full path) of the file to be converted.
  The input file can be any format that ffmpeg
  recognises (including dvd and youtube).

  aspect - The aspect ratio of the output file. This can be
  either 'full' or 'wide'.

  quality - The quality of the output file. Accepted values
  range between 1 and 31, 1 being best quality.
  However full screen movies should not be set lower
  than 6 or slowdown will occur.

  volume - The audio volume compared to the input file in
  percentage. 100 = same volume, 200 = double etc.

  output - Name (and full path) of the output file.
