How to install:
--------------------
1) Take the ROM corresponding to your linker (DSWeatherReport.nds, DSWeatherReport.sc.nds, or DSWeatherReport.ds.gba)
2) Patch this ROM with DLDI !!!!
3) Copy this ROM on your linker as well as the file "cities.dat", at the root or in the same directory.
