  Firstly, the region patching is the same. So whats new?
  + partition management, extract/inject/md5sum etc. (right-click it)
  + better detection of patched isos (could also md5 game partition)
  + more ISO info, see .ini file to update gamecode ids

  + added a few extra simple options and a few additional sanity
  checks..
