Here's my EvoX Skin Designer called "EvoXSkinDes"
(I couldn't think of anything else ;D ). Allows you to
create EvoX skins for your XBOX from your PC.

Features: * drag & drop text labels
* Shit easy to use compared to the other
designers i've seen out there :/
* It works.. sortta 
Bad things? * Can't import skin.ini files , can only open
saved project files
* Not full functional
* It's a BETA.. beware of bugs or crashing
* Allows upto 25 labels (0-24 .. plenty!)
