Changes v0.1 & v0.2: (respectively by kgsws & califrag)
  Hexed bmp2mig.exe and join.exe: Translated to English.
  Renamed bmp2mig.exe to bmp2psp.exe: .mig file extension is misleading.
  Renamed zac.dat and kon.dat to hdr.dat and ftr.dat respectively.
  Support for multiple firmwares with one batch file.
  Added advanced error handling procedures to the batch file.


To Use:
  Extract "xmbPackager" folder to desired installation directory. (Your choice)
  Copy your icons to the "icons" folder.
  1.bmp - Settings Icon
  2.bmp - Photo Icon
  3.bmp - Music Icon
  4.bmp - Video Icon
  5.bmp - Game Icon
  6.bmp - Network Icon (Not necessary for firmware 1.50 users.)

  Execute "start.cmd" by double clicking.

  Program will prompt you to enter your firmware version:
  (A) 1.50
  ( 2.50
  © 3.02

  Enter A, B or C and press the Enter key.

  The batch file will execute much in the same fashion as kgsws's.
  All messages will be displayed on the screen. (in English)

  Sony PSP icon image puzzle:

  Sony PSP icon image format is 64x64x8. (8 bpp - 256 colors)
  "MIG.00.1PSP" format:
  128b (Header)
  1024b Palette)
  80b (Unknown data)
  4096b (Image data)

  The order is different than BMP image data.
  One color in the palette is 4b RGBA. (RGB and Alpha)

  1. Open image with PhotoShop
  2. Image->Mode->Indexed Color
  3. Set to "Local (Adaptive)"
  4. Save as a BMP.
  5. Open with paint and edit any black pixel.
  6. File->Save

Remember:
