Instructions for use
------------------------------
1. Open system_plugin_bg_deflate_part2.tga in your favorite image editing program (Photoshop/GIMP/etc). Set the image mode to RGB color to edit.
2. Change the wave texture as desired by using filters in Photoshop or whatever. After you are done editing, you must set the image back to Indexed with the Local (selective) palette, and 252 colors.
3. Save the targa file with the same name as you opened it with.
4. Open the system_plugin_bg_deflate_part2.tga in a hex editor.
5. Delete the last 24 bytes.
6. Save the file, it should be 17172 bytes.
7. Run start.bat.
8. Put system_plugin_bg.rco that was created in /vsh/resource/
9. Done!

I have included the flames.tga by Z33 to show an example of completely custom waves.
