PSP Upgrader/Downgrader is a very easy to use program that makes upgrading and downgrading very easy. It will copy all the files for you and give you step by step instructions.
Please note that this is the first release, so there might be a few bugs. Please report them to me at BlackTooth93@gmail.com.
