For several months the management of your account is no longer functional, we finished coding the new section to make it available again while improving it. It will be possible to provide a tutorial or a news to suggest it to us, paid respectively 1 and € 5 if the information is validated. A tab option "EN" allows you to write the news in English, but beware, no translator should be used. This is only for people who speak both English and French.
Tuto and charter for the news / tuto writing
You can use the 3 sections again in the menu on the left:
Regarding the users who already have written news and qui ont déjà rédigé des news and whose the balance returned to 0, you'll have to contact Nickaardo in MP to give him your new payment address.
Regarding technicians, the return of classification by activities on the forum is also back up.
From now on, more a technician is involved, the more he's rancked high in the list.

Rebug Update Package 0.1 (4.30.x)
Good news in the world of Super Slim PS3 users: A flaw allows the launch of ISO burned PSone on your consoles, using the technique of hotswap. Warning that said, the new update available since this morning (OFW 4.40) would block this flaw. We can say that Sony was responsive!
To achieve the feat, you'll have to leave Super Slim open, and proceed as in these videos:
In the battle Sony does not seem to admit defeat, as the original firmware 4.40 has just been released. It is normal to not update your console if Sony requests it to you and if you are in CFW. The NFO of the firm does not justify the release of a firmware:
Fw4.40 adds support for RC-S380 (a sony nfc reader) and system stability stuff
It would be already possible with PS3MFW Builder to spoof your FW in order to continue to enjoy the PSN (PS3wiki source, thank you cool72), and it is likely that Rogero and the others quickly update their CFW.
Since yesterday, a flaw has surfaced, allowing you to launch a PSone ISO burnt using the hotswap on Ultra Slim PS3 versions. This update also blocks this vulnerability. (Thanks to Spyke021 for the info)
While a lot of Xbox 360 leaks are emerging, it is the turn of the Playstation 3 to receive some leaks. After Gof of War Ascension, it is the turn of the last BioShock Infinite to be available for owners of custom firmware, althought the availability date is March 26th.
Named BioShock.Infinite.PS3-DUPLEX, it is still Duplex team that publishes it. For a weight of about 6.57Gb, the archive is "duplex bioshock.infinite." LS well reminds that no source neither link request should be made. Have a good BioShock!

After a long time, the Rebug team, especially composed of Evilsperm and cyberskunk, has decided to publish its latest custom firmwares. According to the team, it was not useful to do like everyone, and the team wanted to bring something really different to its CFW, like the former Rebug Selector which has been completely redone and re-lifted. In addition, the "bubbles" of downloaded PSN contents will be visible under this option, rather than in the game menu.
In this menu, you'll find 3 options :
PlayStation®Network Content
Manage your PlayStation®Network content.
Install Package Files
Install your PKG from your USB devices.
- PS3 Hard Disk (dev_hdd0/packages)
- Package Folder (dev_usb/packages)
- Standard Package Location (Standard Install Package Files locations)
The installation of "All .pkg" is possible by pressing triangle.
Delete Package Files
Delete .pkg installed in :

- Standard Package Location (Standard Install Package Files locations)
REBUG TOOLBOX :
Rebug Toolbox is an application created to make all functions of CFW REBUG REX EDITION. In order to take into account the EID0 of CEX/DEX and the swap Kernel of LV2, it also offers a FTP client aussi un client FTP and some other functions.

SELECTOR :
SYSTEM MODE:
Switch between both NORMAL and REBUG modes.
- The NORMAL mode that XMB DEBUG is using is the mode by default after the CFW installation.
- REBUG mode sets your PS3 with the last version of available spoof (ability to update later on) and allows you to swap between XMB retail and DEBUG, in addition to be able to swap between CEX or DEX mode.
XMB OPERATION MODE:
This option is only working in REBUG mode and allows you to choose between XMB RETAIL or DEBUG.
DEBUG MENU TYPE:
Gives you the ability to display the CEX or DEX settings menu.
PATCHS LV1 :
A LVS patches collection that can be used for a better compatibility with some PS3 tools. Those patches can be applied before the start of OtherOS.
CEX/DEX :
SWAP LV2 KERNEL:
Swap between LV2 Kernel CEX or DEX. This option is only working if ID Target is set to DEX.
REWRITE TARGET ID IN FLASH:
This option requires a valid NOR/NAND dump and correctly named in dev_usb000. Use EXPORT FLASH TO FILE to dump your NOR/NAND in dev_usb000; then use c2d.exe to convert your dump to DEX.
Rename your original CEX dump to CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN (16mb) or CEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN (239mb or 256mb)
Rename your converted DEX dump to DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN (16mb) or DEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN (239mb or 256mb)
Once it's ready, place your dump on a USB and connect them to dev_usb000.
Now you have your dumps valid, named and connected to dev_usb000, it's very easy to connect them when it's requiring. It takes less than 10sec when your dumps are ready.
UTILITARIANS :
TOGGLE QA:
Enable/Desable the QA flag. This option is only valid with the CFW REBUG 3.55.3 REX EDITION because we can't set the QA from GameOS on a higher firmware.
TOGGLE RECOVERY MODE:
Enable/Desable the Recover Mode flag. Once it's enabled, your console restrats in recovery mode.
TOGGLE PRODUCT MODE:
Enable/Desable the Product Mode flag. Once it's enabled, your console restarts in Factory Service mode. This option is only valid with CFW REBUG 3.55.3 REX EDITION for safety reasons.
LOAD LV2 KERNEL:
Load the lv2_kernel.self.[KERNEL_NAME] file from a USB or /dev_hdd0.
RESIZE VFLASH/NAND REGIONS:
Resize region 5 of VFLASH/NAND to allow OtherOS installation.
INSTALL PETITBOOT:
Install Petitboot on region 5 of VFLASH/NAND from the USB.
SET GAMEOS BOOT FLAG:
Enable GameOS boot flag. Use it if your PS3 encounters problems when launching PS2 games after OtherOS using or if your PS3 accidentally directs you on OtherOS when you try to enter in recovery mode.
CREATE PACKAGES FOLDER ON PS3:
Create /dev_hdd0/packages folder on your PS3 to be used with Package Manager.
EXPORT HYPERVISOR LV1 MEMORY:
Sauvegarde LV1 memory sur dev_usb000 ou dev_usb006 ou dev_hdd0 si aucun périphérique USB n'est détecté.
EXPORT HYPERVISOR LV2 MEMORY:
Save LV2 memory on dev_usb000 ou dev_usb006 or dev_hdd0 if no USB devices are detected.
CHANGE ACTIVE PS3ID:
Spoof the IDPS in LV2 memory. This option chooses from a Target ID list or uses the EID5 which will spoof your IDPS of your original CEX so you can connect yourself to the PSN with REBUG 4.21.1 REX EDITION when you're in DEX mode.
OTHER FUNCTIONS OF TOOLBOX :
- L3 changes the display of the temperature / time
- L2+R2 enable the screensaver
- START+R2 take a screenshot
- Remote-play via PSP/PSVITA
- Auto-turn-off if nothing happens whithin 1h
- Telnet on the IP of your PS3, port: 8080
- Access FTP with the rights on dev_flash and dev_rebug (port: 21, login : anonymous, password: whatyouwant)
ESSENTIAL INFORMATIONS
QA FUNCTIONS :
The QA function is supported by all firmwares Rebug but we are currently not able to activate the QA combo from the GameOS on firmwares 3.55 +. It is therefore preferable to activate the QA function in 3.55 before updating to another custom firmware (Rebug or other).
SUPPORT OF OTHEROS++ :
OtherOS++ is supported by all CFW Rebug EDITIONS REX and will detect if an OtherOS partition is present on the HDD.
However, no REBUG has the emer_init.self patched (To create a GameOS partition smaller). The team is working on a solution. In the meantime, if you want to create an OtherOS partition, you can:
1: Use a CFW 3.55 that already has the emer_init.self patched of the size that suit you.
2: Patch your REBUG 3.55.3 REX EDITION in the PS3MFW compilor.
If you choose option 2, we recommend you to patch the emer_init.self ONLY. In addition, the created PUP can only be installed on a firmware 3.55 as spkg_hdr does not match.
You'll have understood the CFW of Rebug team is very advanced, and outperforms its competitors in terms of technology. Have a good installation!

After x360 CQA For DNA v1.0, SoulHeaven and Librasoft are offering us now their new product dedicated to Corona V3 and V4: thex360 POA v1.0. The X360 POA is the cheapest PostFix on the market, offered at 8 € TTC.
SoulHeaven is taking the opportunity to announce within weeks a new product: x360SPIFlasher v2. It replaces the x360 Jtag To USB and x360 Spi Flasher and also loads a Nand Reader.
It is therefore compatible with all chips Glitch for programming the chip as well as all models of motherboards for the nand dump: Xenon, Zephyr, Opus, Falcon, Jasper, JasperBB, Trinity, Corona v1, v2, v3, and v4. The x360SPIFlasher v2 also has a big advantage compared to other competing products, but this information will be revealed in due time.
This is an important step forward for the PS3 scene, since the Spanish developer MiraLaTijera had just put the payload Cobra 6.0 +PS2 Classic Keys. This hack of the COBRA allows a full integration into a custom firmware, which it expects with a next CFW 4.31 shipping out. Rogero should not be long to do the same.

The highly anticipated Custom Firmware Emulator from Total_Noob was available since yesterday. This TN-V brings you experience XMB on PS Vita, in development for over six months. The aim was to offer a CFW PSP complete on Vita, and it is now done.
TN-V is compatible with all exploits, but those that enable the launch of ISO are rare, and the next hack would be a VHBL (which therefore bear no TN-V). You will need OFW 6.60 available on LS.
NFO from Total_Noob :
- The whole PSP environment
- Recovery menu and VSH menu (many options to set)
- Support of plugins
- CPU speed changement (makes no sense, as the difference is only minimal )
- Install Addon
- Network update
- 1.50 kernel homebrews compatibility
- Higher homebrews compatibility (VLF homebrews)
- High PSX compatibility (without sound)
- High backups compatibility
- Support of prometheus patched backups
Instructions: (Note: This requires an exploit to use, TN-V is not an exploit itself!)
1.
Search the game which you own in ‘savedatas’ and extract the associated
savedata to ‘\PS Vita\PSAVEDATA\XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX\’, (The
’XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX’ is a bunch of random numbers and letters.)
2. Transfer it to your PS Vita using CMA.
3. Obtain the 6.60 EBOOT (link below!) and copy it to the savedata folder with the name ’660.PBP’
4. Run the exploit game and hold the R trigger while the game is loading the exploited savedata.
5. Once you are in the recovery menu, select: -> Advanced -> Install 6.60 files
6. As original OFW files are needed, this step has to be done. But ONLY ONE TIME.
7. If you are not familiar with the recovery menu, only adjust the settings which are recommended.
8. Enjoy 6.60 TN-V
If
you’ve found a bug, please either contact Total_Noob or write the
problem in the official /Talk forums topic which is collecting bugs. If
your problem lies on the initializing of the exploit, please report the
debug color which appeared.
